incredible views and amazing swimming pool

The views from our garden villa suite were spectacular. We stayed 3 nights at the Acala, and woke up every morning to watch the sunrise from our terrace or from the infinity pool. It was extremely peaceful and mesmerising. The staff were very kind, always a smile on their faces and ready to assist. There were plants everywhere, so lush and green! The Acala is located on the East side, quite far from the hustle and bustle of Jungut Batu or Mushroom Bay, but it was exactly what we were after. We couldn't have picked a better place for our trip! Thank you!

This hotel is in the most incredible setting with the infinity pool looking out over the best view ever. Our room was lovely and spacious and had all the things we required. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful with any request. Their whatsapp service to ask questions/request things is a brilliant idea and worked so well. We rented a scooter from the hotel too which was easy and cheap. We use their shuttle service to and from the beach/boat (they forgot to be there on arrival but with one prompt they made it down to collect us with very little delay). There were lots of options and plenty portion wise for breakfast that is included with the booking.

I highly recommend the rooftop villa - perfect view and great size. The staff was helpful with booking the shuttle and trip to Nusa Penida. Breakfast was also good. I read comments about the roads and insects - this is standard in Nusa. We had no issue with the road and have seen only a limited number of insects.

The staff were amazing, super helpful and polite. 10/10 service! Their food are super tasty and they have such a beautiful sea view from the room! 🙌🏼 They have a lot of stairs going down from lobby to the rooms, I see that as a plus point because I am forced to walk more. 😅
