This hotel is in the most incredible setting with the infinity pool looking out over the best view ever. Our room was lovely and spacious and had all the things we required. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful with any request. Their whatsapp service to ask questions/request things is a brilliant idea and worked so well. We rented a scooter from the hotel too which was easy and cheap. We use their shuttle service to and from the beach/boat (they forgot to be there on arrival but with one prompt they made it down to collect us with very little delay). There were lots of options and plenty portion wise for breakfast that is included with the booking.

We absolutely loved out stay here, the view from the pool and our room were amazing, better than expected. It was so beautiful that my partner picked that exact spot on our front terrace watching the sunrise to propose to me! The pool was also so beautiful, with floating beenags overlooking an amazing view and can order drinks.. we honestly were in awe. Staff were all lovely and attentive. The rooms were devine, outdoor bathrooms and a modern, island feel, the way they are set up they feel more like villas. Would happily recommend this place and have done so to friends already!

The views from our garden villa suite were spectacular. We stayed 3 nights at the Acala, and woke up every morning to watch the sunrise from our terrace or from the infinity pool. It was extremely peaceful and mesmerising. The staff were very kind, always a smile on their faces and ready to assist. There were plants everywhere, so lush and green! The Acala is located on the East side, quite far from the hustle and bustle of Jungut Batu or Mushroom Bay, but it was exactly what we were after. We couldn't have picked a better place for our trip! Thank you!

The villas are very well-maintained small cottages with adjoining outside bathrooms. The hotel offers a shuttle service three times a day, stopping at three locations on the island, and scooter hire. The breakfast was very good and there was a choice of about 15 different dishes. Breakfast included two dishes, a fruit selection, a juice and tea or coffee.

I read comments about the roads and insects - this is standard in Nusa. We had no issue with the road and have seen only a limited number of insects.
